Happy 2-month Birthday, Landon!

Not only is today Landon's 2-month birthday, but he also slept 6 hours last night... of course it was in the (magic) car seat! It looks like that is the only way that we are going to get him to sleep longer period of times, so we're just going with it!

Memorial Day Party!

While in DC, we went to our friend's Karman and Chris' (and Cora) Memorial Day party. This was the first time that many of our friends met Landon, so we were excited to show him off. We had a lot of fun - thanks Reese Family for a wonderful party!

Road Trip!

Landon took his first road trip to Washington DC! We stayed with our friends Becky and Andy and Landon did great! In fact, he slept 6 1/2 hours BOTH nights! He doesn't even do that at home!

Landon slept for 6 1/2 hours last night! Woo Hoo! Even though it took 2 1/2 hours to calm him down to get asleep - it was worth it!

Gramie and Pappy came to visit!

Gramie and Pappy came to visit Landon this weekend. Landon and Gramie had some good quality time together...and some serious discussions by the look of this picture!

I went to the OB/GYN for my 6-week check-up after Landon was born and have been 'released' to full activity again! YEAH! So, of course, I had to go for a run! The first mile, my lungs were getting adjusted and then the second mile, my knees started to hurt...but the biggest change was running with boobs! For 30 years, I haven't had to worry about this...time to buy some new sports bras!

Happy Mother's Day!

Today was a very special day - it was Mommy's first Mother's Day! Landon got Mommy a beautiful pair of aquamarine (his birthstone) earrings and then Daddy took Mommy and Me Ma to brunch at Flemings. It was very delicious and Landon slept the entire time! Thank you Daddy and Landon for making my first Mother's Day so special!

Aunt Sissy's Graduation

We went to Newport News today to celebrate Aunt Sissy's graduation. Congrats - we are so proud of you! Landon was also able to meet his (great) Aunt Pattie and Uncle Mark!

Date Night

Me Ma came to visit for Mother's Day weekend, and offered to babysit Landon so Mommy and Daddy could have their first Date Night! Woo Hoo!! We went shopping and then had dinner at Bonefish Grill (our first time there - delicious!). Thanks so much Me Ma for babysitting!

No... it's not gas!

Look who is smiling! Landon starting to smile this week. At first, we thought it was gas, but when it was happening the next day and the next, we knew he was smiling at us! Talk about making your heart melt! So cute! (It is hard to get pics of him smiling too, but I did my best.)
