After the party, and naptime, we all went to the park. Landon's cousin, Thomas, was visiting from Pittsburgh, so we thought it would be fun for both kids to run around and play. We all had a good time (even if the guys held down the park bench with their seats!).

Landon's First Birthday Party!

We can't believe that it has already been a year, but it has been so much fun! We had some close friends and family over to celebrate. Thank you to all for coming!

First Birthday Parties

There are quite a few March birthday's at daycare - Isabella, Davis and Landon. Isabella had her birthday party last weekend and we all had a good time. It was nice that all of the parents got time to talk, instead of the polite "good morning" and "bye-bye" that we all do in the mornings and evenings. It was also nice for the kids to play together. It was kinda weird in the beginning because you could just see on their faces the confusion... wait a minute, I know you, but we are usually playing at Miriam's together, what are you doing here??!!?

This weekend, we had Davis' birthday party. Again, it was a good time. I took him by myself since Daddy was in Pittsburgh this weekend, but David (Isabella's dad) watched him so I could eat - so nice! In the party goodie bag were these glasses. Landon didn't like to keep them on, so I had to hurry and snap a photo.

When I am holding Landon and I put my hand up so he'll give me a high-5...well, he knew just what to do and gave me a high 5!!! He thinks it's so funny! He's great entertainment!

Happy 11-month Birthday, Landon!

Landon has changed so much this month and has surprised us doing so many new and different things - from his personality developing and coming out, understanding things (he really 'gets it'), walking, playing and being on the move constantly, and eating whatever is new on the menu! He continues to be so much fun to watch, care for and play with! Since he will be turning 1 next month, it will be exciting and memorable month, and I'm sure I'll shed a few tears because my little baby is growing so fast. As always, time flies! Happy Birthday, Buddy!
